Shipment was quicker than I expected. The quality of this product is amazing. It’s very elegant. When I first tried to operate the controls panel buttons- they weren’t responding. So, I went back to look over the instructions again. I was just taping the “🔓💡” button. You have to hold it until it beeps. I just tapped it and adjusted the temperature. I did it all wrong 🤦🏿♀️ FYI -It’s automatically locks there for you want be able to control the temperature or turn the light on and off if you don’t press and hold the “🔓💡”Also, it takes time for the temperature to reach your desire temperature. Also, when I first received my mini refrigerator i let it set for 4 hours before I plugged the unit and after the 4 hours I pulugged it up and let it wrong over night. I didn’t add any products until the next day. Omg, my drinks are super cold. I recommend this product.

Received the product with no damage to box nor the unit. So far it’s quiet. My only complaint is the controls. It’s a bit not well detailed in the manual. Like the blue led light. Honestly it looks better than I thought it would at this price point. The seller is a good person and will respond to your email. Kind and courteous. I do believe I will or would buy another or any product he sells. Just a note the bottom actually measures about 17 3/4 inches. It fits perfectly in my cabinet/ coffee bar I built. Nothing but good so far.
