Even it‘s an entry-level heat pipe product, the A30 is equipped with a large heat dissipation fin set with a 43x86mm heat dissipation area, making its overall heat dissipation area about 1.5 times that of the same product
To improve the performance of the large cooling-area of the A30, we have equipped it with two 6mm high efficiency heat pipes, using 'Fin' to achieve good contact with the fins, so that the heat pipe is quickly transfer into the main body of the heat sink to achieve better cooling

Anyway, if you have an older pc, with the old am3 connector, this will fit. Just make sure the dimensions are correct for your case and mobo. I only have about five and a half inches clearance for height. And the A30 is a little under five inches.
I decided to give this a go for a personal HTPC that runs a i5-2400 and saw my temps drop immediately. From the 80s under heavy load in games to the mid 60s, I couldn't be happier.
The fan does glow blue which reminds me of customs in the late 00s and early 10s so don't expect it to be too flashy. The fan is pretty quiet as well
Mounting system is very basic, the ring-and-peg system that seems to be very common on cheaper HSF.
I have since used it twice now, again on another i5-2400 and seeing the same results in temperature control.
Would highly recommend, will continue buying for clients.

Anyways Don't ask to write reviews Amazon if you cannot digest a genuine one. My review on another product has been deleted when people were findind it helpful. From today you lose a customer for a bad vendor, who will in the end harm your business.
I'm using it for I5-2400
here are some performance review
using stock intel cooler
100%utilization - 90°C

best computer cooler ever

here are some pc temps while playing games
Gtav- (ultra) - 74°C
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds(low)- 70°C
The Crew(high) -65°C
best budget cooler ever
but it is difficult to install ;P
and here are some pics
This Cooler is excellent in both cooling about 15-20% better than any stock Intel coolers and also have a great low running speed and thus is silent than stock cooler.
A good stuff to use.
Overall nice cooler that looks great, just check your motherboard as it might not fit them all, even if you have a compatible socket.
For me installation didn't quite go as planned due to the side brackets clashing with the heat pipes I was unable to fit it blowing out the back as I wanted to. However luckely it did go in 90 degrees blowing out the too which works OK. Be aware of your have a lot of junk around your CPU like my old vintage Stryker Extream.
Once fitted cooling was OK, looks nice, sounds quiet. Good for the money I guess.
