I bought this to celebrate ELP after the death of Greg Lake. Emerson had already taken his life. How sad.
The first two CD's are the best of the best. The third CD is a bit weak with stuff from Love Beach that I did not care for as much. Still, this 3-CD set will give you hours of great musicianship. Carl Palmer shines in Tank and Toccata just to name a few. There is a live and studio version of Toccata.
The music is stellar and if you are an ELP fan, this is worth having even if you have the tracks in your collection elsewhere. I would have given more stars except it seemed to take a long time to arrive.

I also found it to be a fitting tribute to the late Keith Emerson, whose classical and orchestral arrangements were brilliant and emotive.
Great packaging presentation too, with good pics and an interesting write up.
Well worth the low asking price.
