I ordered this because everything "corn" is gmo unless you buy organic or non-gmo. I bought the organic because it's BOTH non-gmo AND organic. I will NOT use plain cornstarch from the grocery store.

Anthony's Corn Starch dissolves seamlessly into your favorite recipe, while acting as a thickening agent. Tasteless and odorless, our Corn Starch allows for the consistency of your favorite recipe to be perfected without altering the taste profile.
Additionally, each batch of Organic Corn Starch is tested and verified to be Gluten-Free.
Corn Starch is a popular ingredient used in thickening soups, sauces, gravies, custards and in making sugars and corn syrup! We recommend mixing our corn starch with a liquid at low temperate to form a paste. As the corn starch is gently heated, the molecules uncouple, allowing them to collide and recouple with other starches and form a mesh, hence thickening the liquid Voila!
On a different note, did you know corn starch can be used to detangle knots? Simply sprinkle corn starch on a tangled knot, wait 2 seconds, and BAM, knots will detangle like a charm. We didn't believe it either, so we tried it - and holy cannoli, it's true! You see, sometimes we are not all jokes, sometimes we can provide useful information! Favorite time of the day!
I broke up with coffee (jitters/irritability) and found Zest tea, highly caffeinated w/o the jitters…they are always out of stock and this came up as an alternative!!!! Well hello my new love! Tastes so yummy, gives you a pep w/o the crash ect….highly recommend!!!!
