I have been using this product now for about 3 - 4 weeks and have noticed some changes. The most noticeable changes are my hair and nails. The hair is much smoother and the nails are growing faster and just stronger. I even noticed the skin feels smoother and softer. Around the legs, the skin just looks smoother. I'm a long distance runner and in pretty good shape overall, but I have noticed the difference within a couple of weeks. I sleep better at night and my hormones are in check overall. This Marine Collagen has lots of great amino acids that everyone should be taking into their daily diet. I had my share of joint tightness, aches, etc... After all, with long distance running, your going to experience some of this. I noticed my muscles, joints, etc.. just feel that much better. It also helps control your appetite, since there is a good amount of protein.
As far as using the product, I have not experienced any bad taste, smell, etc... It's completely free of any odor. I use daily in my morning shakes which are blended. Also, @ night, I add to my tea. It mixes much better in hot liquids vs. cold. Once you add to a hot or cold liquid, you have to stir quickly. I have researched other products and this appears to be at the top of the list since it's also reasonably priced for the amount you get in one container. Also, the fish used is from the North Atlantic. Read all labels carefully!
Collagen is super important, especially for women as you get older. I believe it helps you sleep better, enhance your skin, etc.. It's just a great supplement and plan to continue to use. I would definitely recommend.

Good results on my nails!
Updated review:I’m on my second tub now and I’m very happy with the results! My nails have gone from weak brittle and impossible to grow to strong and able to have some length. I like to keep my nails very short anyway but previously I had NO length and the tips of my fingers were always sore.Regarding taste - I now prepare the collagen with a cup of orange tazo tea and then mix it with a cup of Metamucil orange flavored fiber. This works well because the Metamucil is sweetened and has a strong orange flavor that totally overrides the fishy taste of the collagen and I need the fiber anyway!Previous review:I’ve only had this a few days, but I’ve tried a variety of ways to drink it, and I have concluded the best way is to put the powder with a spoonful of cocoa powder and sweetener and add hot water then milk of some sort and agitate using any method you prefer. This is the most drinkable format I found. It’s too soon to evaluate any health benefits.

This is very easy to take as there is no flavour at all, certainly not any fishy taste like some other products out there. It mixes up well and, while you can have it in tea, juice etc I just take with water.
I have noticed a huge difference in my skin in the 3 weeks I've been taking it. My skin is glowing and my pores have reduced a bit. I don't think so far there is any difference in wrinkles but that remains to be seen. My nails have become stronger & don't break as much. Also, there are fewer ridges in them.
This product is quite expensive but, considering the price of skin care to do the same thing, I guess it's not too badly priced. The scoop holds 50 grams so you get 50 days out of it. You could try taking it every 2nd day to make it last longer
Overall, recommended.
