Lilly explains why food does what and how it affects the body.
I highly recommend this book for anyone in the distressing position of being sick
or in the more fortunate position of earnestly trying to stay well.
I like the book because it has very delicious recipes and color photographs. I have been using this book for about a month now since it first was released and I am very impressed with the changes it has made on my health and increased awareness of proper nutrition as preventative medicine.
I followed up ,requesting the research she had done regarding my case, and she basically said my session was over.
I was willing to pay for additional time to receive the information, but was not given any response, except basically our session was over.
I was very disappointed with her lack of professionalism.
