Anti-Inflammatory Diet: Heal Yourself also mentions activities like meditation, yoga and exercise, that will help with chronic inflammation. I didn't realize that getting more sun would help!
Then you get into the recipes! Yum! Breakfast muffins, salads and entrees all full of fresh ingredients that are helpful for you anyway. But, you get all of the anti inflammatory properties that you are looking for.
This book is fantastic and highly recommended. It would be useful for people with chronic inflammation but also for anyone that whats to reduce inflammation, The tip are just great ideas in general!
I love how she introduced the book by giving a general rundown of Diseases Caused by Chronic Inflammation, Symptoms of Chronic Inflammation, and Inflammation Triggers. Little did I know that the of the foods I overlooked are the bad guys in my diet and really upset my system.
