One thing that Brianna is certain of, is that fact that her Uncle Dre will find her.
Angela is thinking about giving Dre another chance at love, when Brianna is kidnapped, so that is put on hold when she decides to help them. Her search leads her to a group of young women that have escaped "The Life" of sex trafficking. Unbeknownst to her, she becomes attached to these young women and I'd determined to help them in any way possible.
"Anybody's Daughter" is a book I would highly recommend to parents of young girls, beginning at the age of 9. It educates the reader on the various signs to look for, and hopefully keep someone else's daughter safe.
My hat goes off to @authorpsy, for another page turner, which I believe is well deserving of 💎💎💎💎💎 and the NAACP Image Award.
Clint picked her up but Leon (aka Stinky Man, cousin) was in the back of the van not Jaden Morris.
She passed out.
Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center. Angela Evans (attorney) was there to represent Shenae M (12, defendant).
She was about to face Melvin Clark (28, pimp).
Candace Holmes (Saving Innocence group), & Monty Wyman (25+, sex crimes unit) were also there for Shenae’s support.
All rise. Judge Willis Romer is presiding.
California Pizza Kitchen (Wells Fargo, SD). Angela, Candace, & Diane Sims (Shenae’s social worker) were discussing the good/bad news of the trial outcome.
Shenae has syphilis. Melvin went to prison but probably won’t be in there long.
Café Del Rey restaurant. Andre “Dre” Thomas Sr. (father) & Angela were enjoying their meal when Donna (mother, Dre’s sister) called & told him the bad news.
Brianna (daughter, Dre’s niece) did not show up for school.
Brianna met Kaylee (child prostitute).
Shantel & Tameka oversaw & keeping the soon-to-be prostitutes in line.
Loretha Johnson (Harmony House PR, social worker, former prostitute) canvased the streets as much as she could trying to offer the girls a better lifestyle.
Will Dre, Mossy (Dre’s BMF), Gus Dre’s former cellmate, Terrell, Bobby, Anthony, D’wan (Mossy’s BMF), & Apache (Dre’s cousin) get Brianna back?
What happened to Clint?
Will the “Shephard” child sex trade leader finally get caught & brought to justice?
I did a grad class counseling PP presentation on international human trafficking for sexual exploitation.
Warning: This book contains extremely graphic adult content, violence, or expletive language &/or uncensored sexually explicit material which is only suitable for mature readers. It may be offensive or have potential adverse psychological effects on the reader.
I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.
A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written international human sex trafficking book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a huge set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great international human sex trafficking movie, or better yet a mini TV series. A very easy rating of 5 stars.

I cried in anger and frustration knowing that, although a work of fiction, this is happening to young girls all over the world!
We all need to speak to young girls to tell them they are worthy, that they matter whoever they are and whatever their background.
A really well written book that shocks and upsets, but that everyone should read.
Thankyou so much for this fabulous book!
Anybody's daughter is a gripping tale, it has a disturbingly true to life account of what is happening. The hero, Dre, is a bit larger than life, but believable.
This is a must read novel, a social statement, and a plea for understanding.
