Ok, after emailing back and forth with the Anycubic and Makerbot Technical Support teams I can happily say that this filament is working great! I've already printed a few things, including an almost 6 hour print of the T-Rex skull!
The two things I needed to change was:
1. Adjust the extrusion temperature from 215 degrees C to 230. The Makerbot default temp is 215, but 230 works best for this Glow In That Dark filament.
2. Turn off "Filament Jam Detection" - This was from Makerbot support, not sure if there is something wrong with my extruder only, or if this is with all Makerbot Smart Extruders, but I had to disable this feature because the Smart Extruder kept thinking I was getting jams when I really wasn't.
After making these two adjustments, the filament now works great! And Anycubic even sent me a 2nd roll a filament for all the trouble!
I hope this updated review helps people with Makerbots, let me know if you have any further questions.
NOTE: This filament roll is too big to fit inside the Makerbot Mini, I had printed a fialment holder that fits on the outside of the case.

11/16/2016 - Bought this for my Makerbot Mini to print some things that would Glow In The Dark.
So far I've printed about 3 small things, and every time the filament will keep clogging up my extruder, causing a jam.
I had to keep unclogging and continuing my print in order to get it to complete, a 1 hour print ended up taking double the time, and I had to babysit the printer... not fun!
Don't know if maybe I got a defective batch, but this spool was a total waste.
I will update my review if anything changes, but I would stay away from this filament.

I usually paint my projects, with this pla , the white areas look great so no need to paint white on white, other brands I used I had to paint white on white because the PLA had a finish that looked out of place with the rest of the painted item.
Its too early into the roll to tell the overall quality but first impressions are good

This filament Lila 1.75mm feels a bit flexible, which makes easier to feed into the extruder. The extruder of the Anet A8 y not very friendly.
I used 180C for the extruder and 60C for the bed. I print over regular glass and it has good adherence. I made a big flat surface and it did not show any shrinkage. I do not have a controlled temperature environment. I used 10% infill and only 4 layers on top. The finish did not show any "bubbles" as it happens when tries to finish the roof and the plastic curl up. The finished color is nice, moderately bright.

Avoid this stuff, and get something else. A ball of string would be better....
