It is significantly smaller than a standard keyboard and as such several keys are incredibly cramped and small.
The backspace, right shift, and enter keys are all way too small and very difficult to use.
The backspace (same size as a regular key) has the home key directly beside it, so mistyping causes sever displacement inside your document.
The enter key is half sized and has pgup/pgdown keys adjacent.
The right shift key is only slightly larger than a standard key, and has arrow keys cramped around it.
Worst designed keyboard that ive ever owned.
on the plus side,
The keys are nicely responsive and the backlights work nice, and have a good luminance.
yeah I would not recommend this keyboard for anyone who uses their computer for anything but the lightest of tasks.
Its ergonomics are just terrible and frustrating.
The keys are somewhat average size leaning toward the compact footprint of a laptop key layout. It has the Windows, Mail, Search and Audio controls that media keyboards seem to be obligated to yield as well as a few others. The keys are illuminated with LED lighting components that are activated and deactivated with an on/off button. The light switch is in the far right corner of the media key row you see in the product illustration just above the QWERTY keys. The power draw of the keyboard is simple and direct as the LEDs are powered through the USB 2.0 power channel when connected to your system -- so there are no extra wires or adapters; no batteries needed. It runs out of the box without unnecessary drivers eliminating inconsistent setup and intermittent operations headaches for the average user on up the ranks.
The keyboard's landscape is a standard QWERTY layout governed by serious logical design that I've seen in short order else-where. My conclusion is a five star rating without hesitation and it is solid. The standard features are all there at an extremely low price making it an essential component that's Green, consumer friendly and user-space friendly.
It's compact without feeling like it and makes an impact in all the right places.
Feature breakdown just as a recap:
- all keys are backlit LED.
- the LED is powered via USB 2.Read more ›
Bottom line: This product does what it's supposed to, but if you are used to a spacious keyboard this is not for you.
Great product, great price. No problems. I can see the keys! No more desk lamp!
Love it! And I never write reviews.
Throw away your old keyboard, or use it for an art installation. Every keyboard
should be a lighted keyboard. Thank you, inventors. Thank you, Amazon.

Wish I could give it less than one. Keys stick and not adequately placed. If you type fast don't buy this keyboard. Backspace will drive you nuts.Published 1 month ago by Elguapo
Exactly what I wanted: a full sized USB wired keyboard with backlit keyboard (blue). It is great for playing games in a dark room. Read morePublished 4 months ago by B. Johnson
After owning this keyboard for less than 24 hours, the keys began to stick and the number lock doesn't remain locked. Read morePublished 6 months ago by Laura Garneau
The keys are slick and not very deep. The keyboard performs as expected and works well in a dark room, but I type a lot and wish the keys were standard size and had a better feel. Read morePublished 6 months ago by Dan Wilkening
wow.. $5 really? About 2 inches smaller than full size, but just what im looking for , keys are light up , wish it came in wireless, the cord is a little short, but works finePublished 8 months ago by Brian M
This keyboard is THE WORST thing I've purchased on Amazon!!
The keys are hard and typing is a less than comfortable.
