this was extremely hard to find and the person I gave this to for christmas absolutely loved it - they said they had been looking for one for quite a while - great kit as a good price

The detail is amazing in this model. It really makes you appreciate the car even more. That being said, it is a very difficult model to put together. I would not suggest it for anyone that is a novice in model building like myself. I spent around 4 or 5 hours only to get half way thru and give up. Painting is the most tough part, and even though I gave up half way, my attempt to put the wheels on it left me with a broken plastic axel. Like someone else said, the parts are a bit cheap and could be done much better.
