Top Customer Reviews
In the picture, the one on the right and the bottom are the Apollo brand, the one on the upper left is the cheap brand I ordered elsewhere.
The price of these transparencies is lower than most.
(Note: to print on transparencies, the edge going into your printer must be opaque (using masking tape or, as I did, taping the transparency to a sheet of copy paper) or my printer would not recognize there was anything to print upon)
This product also just does not produce as good of quality inkjet transparencies as it use to. They just don't hold the ink the way they use to. They are very faded. Even on glossy photo printing settings the images are banded and off color. I have also had problems with curling. Several boxes that I have received of this product were so curly it would not feed through the printer correctly.
My major problem when I got it was that there wasn't an insert on how to use these correctly. There a very rough side and a smooth side. I assumed that I should use the rough side, but since the first try looked way too light, I tried the shiny side. Don't bother, it wiped off with a paper towel, so clean that I can use it again!
Only bad thing: at the very end of the printing was a smudgy looking edge. It's not a problem for me, but could be if actually using these for a presentation. It does not have the texture there (shiny material gathered ink), so it can be wiped off.
