Each recipe has prep ready and cook times, servings along with ingredient list and how to make . There are no pictures and no nutritional information.
You should be able to substitute for healthier choices in most of these recipes.
Great book for entertainment dishes.
"Chicken Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com submitted by SMPETER and is word for word without any attempt to try and make it their own by rewording the instructions a bit.
"Garlic Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com by Nicol word for word.
"Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com submitted by Chef John word for word including the punctuation.
"Portobello Three Cheeses Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com submitted by TedM word for word including punctuation.
"Pear and Prosciutto Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com submitted by linda and is word for word including punctuation.
"Hummus Bruschetta" is a tough one to figure out -- hummus on top of bread. But Encore Books copied this off allrecipes.com which was submitted by Anystar79 word for word including the punctuation.
"Healthier Double Tomato Bruschetta" is also off allrecipes.com submitted by MakeItHealthier and is word for word including the punctuation. All they left off is the explanation as to why it is "healthier" because it is almost exactly the same recipe as the first Double Tomato Bruschetta, recipe#2 that Encore Books stole to put in this book.
"Bruschetta A La Mustard" is really "Bruschetta A La Maille® which was submitted to allrecipes.com by the maker of the Old Style Mustard from France, Maille®. They left off the registered trademark name of the product and company that submitted the recipe because that would make it obvious where they got the recipe!
"Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com submitted by Jessica word for word including the punctuation.
"Red, White, and Blue Bruschetta" is off allrecipes.com submitted by James Roos word for word including the punctuation even when it's not correct. That's what happens when you cut and paste or re-key rather than write your own recipes.
And on and on and on for the entire book. Just pure thievery of copyrighted recipes from the copyrighted magazine, All Recipes they reprint on their copyrighted site.
