A friend of mine told me he had started drinking apple cider vinegar before meals to help him curb
his appetite and lose some unwanted weight, based on a recommendation made by his 86-year old grandmother.
Amazingly, he was able to shed over 25 pounds in about only 2 months, and he gives full credit to apple
cider vinegar as being the primary factor that contributed to his rapid weight loss.
Quite naturally, I was happy for him and wanted to learn more about the benefits of apple cider vinegar
for myself. I'm so glad that I bought this book because not only does it talk in depth about the weight control
benefits of apple cider vinegar usage, but it also details over a dozen additional benefits of ACV as well....
This is a very good book, that is jam-packed with solid, useful information about ACV....
So when I read Alice Michaels, Apple Cider Benefits book I got excited.
You can tell she practices what she writes about.
There are recipes using ACV for everything from a salad dressing to tag wart
removal(yeah that's what I said) and every thing in between.
I use it for various things including a sore throat. Gargling with raw unfiltered
Braggs vinegar mixed with water soothes a sore throat immediately. I used to have acid reflux
and would wake up with a horrible burning in my throat. I mixed 1 tsp. acv with 4 oz. water
and drank it and no more burning. Try to find anything else that will do that.
I know some people dismiss natural solutions like this but,
as inexpensive as cider vinegar is and as many examples
of people being helped for years as there are....what do you have to lose?
Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits is one of those little resource books
that you will find yourself referring to again and again.
I too am amazed at the different uses Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for. Weight loss? Panic attacks? Restoring shine to hair? I want to know where I was when that memo got sent out, because I didn't get it. So each night I've been reading a few here and there, making a mental shopping list of, of course, Apple Cider Vinegar, honey, purified water, and an onion I can juice at home, because so far most of the remedies are just that, apple cider vinegar, honey, and water. To be completely honest, as interested as I am in some of these remedies, the grammar and spelling mistakes are distracting. It's been a pet peeve of mine ever since technology came out with a little application that most word processors include. It's called SPELL CHECK/GRAMMAR CHECK. I just don't understand people when they invest themselves into a project, like this one for example, and don't bother to spell check it, or grammar check, heck, just ask someone to proofread it. You just spent time creating this book, and then it seems like you got so close to the finish line that you somehow lost sight of how others would read it. And thats a big disappointment. It basically states to me that you just didn't care how well read it would be, or how many misspelled words there were, or even how some words were added that had no business being there and opposite that, whole words were omitted.Read more ›

I never knew there were so many uses for vinegar. It seems like you can do nothing wrong with using vinegar, as opposed to harsh, irritating chemicals. Read morePublished on March 5, 2014 by Trakbak
