The product did not come with its own wall socket charger and the lightening cord is not a USB connection so you have to buy a special adaptor. Paid 150 and still have to pay another 20 bucks. What a rip off

It has not charged or worked since day one and my window June 20 to return has “closed” have forgotten to send it since it was in the case in my travel bag! Ugh anyway- definitely glitchy and does not work this one is defective

Pros: Portable, great for travel! It is best for those really into the Apple ecosystem, with iPhone 12 and an Apple Watch. I wouldn’t have bought this if I didn’t have one of each.Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on June 2, 2021
Cons: I’m surprised Apple didn’t include the 20W charging brick. It’s a charger; I shouldn’t have to spend an additional $25 for it. Also, it’s still rocking a lightning to USB-C cable like for your iPhone. I thought it would be USB-C to USB-C— I suppose not. It’s very lightweight, so you need 2 hands to remove the charger sometimes, but you can also use one hand and your fingers to kind of remove it. I really wished Apple made something not for travel, and make it metal, aluminum like they usually do. Also, the charging with 20W is quite slow. Apple themselves recommend at least 27W, but they only sell a 30W adapter which runs for $50. That’s a lot.
Overall, as a Apple geek, I do not recommend it. I’m going to keep it however because I always wanted something to put both my phone and watch together, just to make my nightstand a bit neater. Otherwise, just use your cables. Also, I don’t want to annoy Amazon, so I’m keeping it.
