The MacBook Pro isn't for everyone, honestly, if you're a windows person i would recommend looking for a cheaper alternative. However, I'm not going to lie this laptop is heavily reliable. I've had it for a whole school year and it hasn't crashed or let me down yet. Battery life is really good, and it doesn't overheat unless you are using a CPU intense program. If you are planning on using this laptop for like video editing, photoshop, or animation expect delays. This laptop is good for everyday use but honestly doesn't do anything a 500 dollar windows computer couldn't. The only bonus is that you can use iMessage and facetime, which is nice because you can turn off your phone and receive messages on your computer. But other than that, this machine is not special. What you are paying for it the reliability and "professional" aesthetic. P.S don't think you can do gaming on this thing, it will overheat, you could cook an egg on the keyboard trying to play league of legends.
I purchased this MacBook in November and ever since I have had nothing but problems with it. The trackpad was defective upon arrival and still is after several repair visits to the apple store. and now the trackpad doesn't respond at all and only the charge icon shows. unbelievable. If I could I would give it a zero

There are tons of reviews out there on the product, and I agree with them in saying that apart from missing the previous USB-C and HDMI ports, the 2017 Macbook Pro is a gem of a laptop. This review however, is for the superlative customer service I received from the seller.
I bought a 13 inch Macbook Pro with bundled Apple Care Plus from the seller ‘Laptops Inc.’ about a month ago. Delivery was within 3 business days as promised. However, the laptop showed heating issues right from when I started it up the first time. I called Apple customer support and they advised me to take it to the local Best Buy store to get a diagnosis (since there was no Apple store in my city). I was told that the laptop failed their diagnostic tests. The seller promptly stepped up and asked me to ship the laptop back to them. The process was seamless and they did not charge me any restocking fee. More importantly, they shipped out the replacement laptop the same day I shipped out the defective one, which was incredible! Throughout this whole process, which took about a week, their team (Scott and Patrick) were constantly in touch with me to ensure a prompt and hassle-free process. It’s been a bit over a month and the laptop has been working fine. I’d like to commend Laptops Inc. on their excellent customer service and definitely recommend them.
I love the Mac, But I hate the latest one which only only Type-C ports where you can not plug in, USB,Ethernet cable,HDMI etc. You need to buy adapters for all types of ports or you just trash them all and buy new apple products only which fits into this port. Purely a business design not user friendly. My mac is looking like patient in ICU with all adapters.
Made the switch from Windows, and I gotta say, its the best thing. Everything feels fluid and connected. The laptop itself is well built, as to be expected. Delivery from the seller was good, and packaging was sufficient enough to protect the laptop, but not bulky.
