    Esta computadora, a pesar de que aun no le he aumentado la memoria RAM de 8 GIGAS, responde muy bien para el tipo de trabajo que realizo. Mis planes es ampliar la memoria RAM a 64 GIGAS y disfrutar de todo el potencial que ofrece. Así como está, he podido realizar proyectos muy específicos en Blender, que es un programa de animación y modelado 3D. Ha fluido muy bien y me sorprendió. Comparándola con mi antigua IMac modelo año 2013 con 16GIGAS de RAM y procesador dual core (si no me falla la memoria) esta computadora modelo 2021, es un cohete. =) Ya quiero verla en acción con 64 GIGAS de RAM. =)En resumidas, para Video edición, edición de fotografía y composición 2D, es un buen equipo. Me dedico profesionalmente a dichas áreas.Usuario de Apple MAC desde el año 2000. Ordenadores utilizados anteriormente: Torre G4 powerPC, Torre G5 Dual processor, Torre Dual processor Intel Quadcore, laptop 13 pulg modelo 2008, Laptop 15 pulg Macbookpro modelo 2010, Imac modelo late 2013 y ahora Imac modelo 2021. Creo que con esto aclaro que tengo experiencia con estos equipos y me fascinan!Suerte con tu compra!PSDTA: lo único que no me gusta de la IMAC es el mouse inalámbrico. Siempre tengo una especie de Delay y no se por qué! Fuera de eso, belleza!

    I've been using a late model 2013 iMac for a few years and have enjoyed it for music production. It still runs great with no problems at all (just sold it) but when I saw the new iMac's out I decided to upgrade for the extra horsepower and the ability to process music faster while using plugins in the DAW. After I received it from Amazon, I ordered more RAM for it. Sadly my first purchase of Samsung RAM didn't work no matter the configurations I tried. I returned that RAM and then bought Timetec Hynix RAM which worked the first try. The new iMac runs exceptionally well and doesn't glitch at all while using the recording studio software Logic Pro X and the plugins I use. Also, I wanted to buy an Intel CPU iMac to use Bootcamp to install Windows and have both platforms on one machine. The installation works like a dream and no problems using programs in each operating system. I appreciate the extra power and how smooth it works. I did buy the core I7 CPU and it's fast!! I know some people want to wait for a design refresh but I actually like the looks of the design so that wasn't a deal breaker for me. I did buy a software fan program to help keep it cool which works well enough. I'm satisfied with it and am glad I made the purchase. Thank you Amazon and Apple for the seamless buying experience!!

Before he retired he was a stock broker, an accountant as well as a banker during the days when banks were constantly being bought out. So he’s my financial guru.     Just purchased the refurbished Apple 2020 iMac with Retina 5K Display (27-inch, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD Storage) which was sold not by Amazon, but by 6th Avenue Electronics in New Jersey. Although next day Amazon Prime delivery was not available since it was sold by a seller outside Amazon's control, the shipment was received within 48 hours and a signature was required by FedEx. Although the package was not an original Apple box, the shipping container used by 6th Avenue Electronics was very secure.
    The computer itself was EXACTLY as described and except for some very minor scratches, the computer looked brand new. The computer also came with new original Magic keyboard, Magic mouse2 and USB cable. Additionally, the computer came with the original Apple one year limited warranty with the option to purchase Applecare within 60 days of purchase. Although I have only used this computer for a week, every function operates smoothly without any difficulty. The only suggestion I can provide in order to improve the performance of this computer is to purchase a Timetec 32GB KIT(2x16GB) Compatible for Apple DDR4 2666MHz / 2667MHz for Mid 2020 iMac (20,1/20,2) / Mid 2019 iMac (19,1) 27-inch w/Retina 5K, Late 2018 Mac Mini (8,1) PC4-21333 /PC4-21300 MAC RAM additional ram for under $55 from Amazon which significantly improves performance, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MH3KHLY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1. Installation of the additional ram is VERY simple via the rear open port. Suggestion - There are four ram spots. Place the original 4GB x2 already in your system in slot # 1 and slot # 2 and add the additional 2x16GB in slot # 3 and slot # 4. Ram slot # 1 is the top slot.
    I am very satisfied with my purchase and honestly suggest that anyone interested in purchasing a refurbished iMac for less than half the cost of a new system, seriously consider the purchase of this particular system and from this particular reseller.

    I used an apple desktop for a while, 2009 and it served me well, but now had to upgrade a little and being a little older need bigger screen and the ability to edit many photo's. I got the new Mac for me, and wanted to be able to put more ram in to keep apps up all the time. The ports on the back were also a big seller for me and why I didn't go with M3 was memory and back ports. Cost was second and did check out PC side and for my needs a desktop wouldn't work. I do have laptop PC with Windows 11 and happy with it, but the Mac better for me even older, installed macOS Sonoma 14.5 with no problems. I would buy from this company again and they exceed my needs. One last note more than 15K photos.
