Takes nearly 12 hours to charge, and the cable breaks the USB connection if it is moved even slightly. On the plus side, the product was packaged well and delivered in timely fashion. I was really hoping for better, especially from "Apple Certified Techs."

This iPad 2 is amazing! I love the many things I can do with! It's fast and it's like having everything at your finger tips. I like the size of it also. It's hard for me to read small print, with this size I can enlarge the print and see clearly, nothing gets cut off at the edges. Handy and very portable!
I love it! Best investment I've made. I take it with me where ever I go and I know I will be waiting a while. Also, I have all my books that I like to read on it too. Great product great price. If you can't afford the newer version, this one is awesome too!

Won't Hold Charge

I purchased this for my mom as a mother's day gift. Her needs didn't require the best and newest iPad, so I purchased this 2nd generation one. My star rating isn't with the retailer, but more with the product itself. I own multiple Apple products, but old and new, and never have any problems with them. This iPad however doesn't seem to hold a charge, so I'll need to send it back to get it checked out. My experience with THIS product, was less than ideal.
