Don't buy from these people they are nothing but liars I bought this supposably New never been open unlocked iPhone 5 to it being an not unlocked iPhone 5. so I had to e mail them to unlock it then it wouldn't unlock so I called Apple company they asked for the serial # they looked up the serial# and then asked where I bought this iPhone 5 because they show it belongs to someone else. I had to show Apple my purchase order to prove to them I wasn't lying. Once I'd showed proof of purchase they replaced the old serial number with a new one and then I was able to have the people I bought iPhone 5 from to unlock the iPhone. after all that mess the iPhone starts to glitch and over heat on me.
2days later I drop my iPhone 5 and the fall cracked my screen (The fall Is totally my faultFYI)Thank god I bought INS. Called the INS. told me no need to send us the iPhone and they cut me a check for the full purchase amount. Later I decided to take the broken iPhone to a friend that deals with broken iPhones my friend open the iPhone up and right way noticed they had put a battery that is for an iPhone 4 phone.

I recently purchased two iPhones from this seller, they were listed as factory new and 100% genuine Apple parts. When I received the devices, they were not functioning properly. One of the devices powered off randomly. The display fell off of the other phone which had no accidental damage to it, it only had normal wear and tear. After reaching out to the seller, who offered a one-year warranty, they did not respond or try to help me. I took my devices to the Apple store and was informed that the device was modified outside of Apple and the warranty was voided. This seller is very dishonest and does not care about customer satisfaction.

I bought it here and it would take me hours to recharge I bought a new one on Apple Store it take me minutes to recharge!!! I bought a new one and received a refurbished with the motherboard changed! I bought this as a new one. It came dusty and looked like refurbished. A couple of days ago the battery started swollen and the screen was separated from the enclosure. Today I brought it to an Apple store and they told me that it was a refurbished one and the motherboard has been changed. They showed me the IMEI was not matching the one on rear, and the name of the previous buyer. I am trying to get the refund for this.

I am quite suspicious about it because 1. they did not communicate that my phone was not available in white. 2. They did not reduce the cost I was initially billed since the black sells for less.. 3. Amazon had to be the ones to make contact with my dis-satisfaction and I hope that this seller is removed from their listing. When people spend their hard earned money they ought to get what they paid for!! I will certainly not purchased anything from Nimlow Electronics in the future!!

The phone itself works but there are some technical flaws, for one the phone does not sound everytime i get a text, it will notify me but sometimes I will not hear the sound or vibration from the phone, this notification problem happens on whatsapp and Line as well. Another problem that it has is that sometimes people will call me and i have their name already saved on my phone but the phone number will just show up without the name so i do not know who is calling me....as I said before not that bad but very irritating at times. However the phone battery did not retain a charge and would discharge completely within a couple of hours. Sometime the phone shut down even though it showed 30 percent charge. We took it to a repair shop who found that the battery needed to be replaced.

Phone battery would not hold a charge for more than a half hour of continuous use and even though it said that it had, for example, a 75% charge, it would still shut down. Finally took it into for a professional to look at and he was very clear that this phone was in NO way new, despite being sold as such. The battery was so old, it was swelling and because there was no protective cover over the battery, as a new iPhone 5 would have, the battery was rubbing on and damaging the screen. Half of the screws were loose or completely free moving inside the phone. A complete rip-off!
