Arrived on time and works fine. I was a little disappointed that it didn't even come with a charging cord so I had to run out to get one before I could start using the phone as the 4S and 5S cords aren't the same. It had a big chip in the corner but I use cases anyway to it's really to noticeable. Glad I upgraded as this is larger, lighter, has better graphics and I doubled my storage.

I do like this phone for the most part. Sometimes the finger print doesn't work, and also I have it set that when I buy apps, it will ask for my fingerprint instead of the password- which it was doing until all of a sudden it stopped despite that being the setting. My phone also goes wacky when I have it plugged in and I try to use it (skips around, types wrong letters, won't charge while off and plugged in). These issues may have more to do with the fact that I bought my phone used/refurbished, and less to do with the actual phone.

I received the phone, and it was beautiful.. However when I talk on it I have to change to the contact menu, otherwise every time I touch my ear it dials a 2 or 3. Also The fingerprint function does not work. Later (about 2 weeks) it got a dark spot in the right upper corner of the screen so I couldn't read the battery. I have had a lot of medical issues and needed the phone to communicate with the VA, so was unable to return it. I took it to a authorized Apple repair station, and was told the screen had been replaced with a aftermarket screen. (explains why the fingerprint function does not work). They had to put a new aftermarket screen on to remove the dark spot at a cost of$137.31. The phone works ok now, but still has the dialing issue when I am talking on it.. This was my first bad experience with Amazon, and also costly.. I'm not very happy at this point.
