This book is very helpful when accompanied with a Communication Theory textbook. The writing is clear, succinct with real world applications. The case studies are on target with thoughtful/realistic scenarios and great "Questions to Consider."

I'm wondering what to write in this space. Regarding the content of the book or what it is like as a used book. I think it's the latter. This book seems to be a little worn, but it's OK to read and study.

This book is heavy in theory but great in giving examples of the theories. It will be useful in application.

This book is a general theory text and may be misleading that the theories are specific to management or professional life. I would use this book as a general communication short guide to theory as the chapters are not long and do not provide in depth information but rather a general guide to the theory's parameters and assumptions.
