Aquabot R- and J-Class Robotic Pool Cleaners are an efficient, effective, reliable, and affordable way to maintain your swimming pool. As they systematically work to create clean and healthy swimming water, Aquabot R- and J-Class pool cleaners may even save you up to $2,500 a year on your pool operating expenses*. In fact, the more you operate your Aquabot jet-powered cleaner, the less you may need to run your pool's filtration system. And because Aquabots do not require hoses, a pool filtration system, or a booster pump, they are energy efficient and require minimal maintenance.
Pool Rovers clean without hoses, connections to a filtration system, or booster pumps.
Aquabot R- and J-Class Robotic Pool Cleaners act like powerful sump pumps and filters on wheels. These robots don't have any of the annual repair expenses associated with other cleaners, because they operate without gears, belts, bearings, swivels, pads, wings, feet, shoes, hoses, or complex drive motors.
Self-Contained Filtration Eliminates Dirt and Debris
R- and J-Class Aquabots remove everything from leaves to pine needles to sand and silt, and even filter out microorganisms to provide you with a healthier swimming environment--all without the use of your pool filter. These robots trap debris as large as palm leaves and filter particles as small as 2 microns--that's 10 times smaller than what most main pool filtration systems can capture.
The T-Jet hydroscrubs, vacuums, and microfilters in-ground pools.
Designed for Efficiency and Improved Pool Health
When dirt and debris are vacuumed into the cleaners and then internally microfiltered, only clean water is released back into your pool. The force of the released water provides thrust to hydraulically jettison the Aquabots--there's no need for the easily damaged parts found on other cleaners.
The added benefit of this SimplyReliable design is that the thrust of the filtered water circulates the chemically rich cooler water below to mix with the chemically depleted warmer water above. This results in reduced evaporation, reduced heater usage, more uniform chemical composition, and redistributed chemicals--all of which save you money and provide your family with a healthier swimming environment.
Aquabots filter out debris and microorganisms to provide your family with the healthiest swimming environment possible.
Completely automated with built-in guidance systems, R- and J-Class Aquabots do their job independently. With no supervision, these underwater vacuums will navigate your pool floor (J-Class cleaners also clean most walls up to the waterline), regardless of its shape. They provide complete coverage without missing spots, wasting time learning your pool, or cleaning the same spot over and over. Best of all, these Aquabots can clean most pools in less than one hour.
All Aquabot R- and J-Class cleaners, cords, and power supplies operate on a low 24 volts and are ETL listed to UL standards for the highest safety and reliability ratings in the industry.

We have a 26" round Coleman Above ground pool that holds just about 15,000 gallons. We have lots of trees, bugs and wind. Last year we couldn't keep up with things in the pool. Bought a manual pool vacuum, but not reliable or easy to use. That one needs the hose constantly in the water or you lose suction. Not to mention that all the debris goes into the filter. Despite use of chemicals, regular skimming and hand vacuuming, we had a big algae problem and don't want to deal with that again. Over the winter the pool turned into a swamp. We literally had to drain the pool, scrub the pool and refill. It took several days to do so. Not something we'd like to repeat any time soon.
We broke down and decided to get a robot vacuum. After some careful research online at manufacturers websites and here, we decided on this one. This one works on all pools and the pool doesn't have to be exactly level. Ours is off by a few inches. What can I say? GREAT vacuum. Super easy to set up and use. Does exactly what it should in exactly the way they way it should. Take it out of the big box it comes in. Read the instruction manual. Bring the two large pieces out to your pool: the vacuum and power box. Put the robot cleaner in the pool. Plug the power cord into the power box, turn it on and presto. Watch this little bugger move. After two hours, exactly two hours it shuts itself off and stops running. I don't know how I lived without this thing. Only used it once so far. Haven't had a need to use it again and its been two weeks since initial use. It picked up leaves, dirt and bugs without any issue. Rinse off the filter and put back. VOILA! That's all there is to it. The vacuum has a 40 ft cord and shouldn't get wet. Only con I see is that when you pick this up to remove out of the pool, do it QUICKLY or everything comes back out of the vacuum.
My single complaint is the same as most others, the chord that floats at the top of the water while the Bot is scooting along the liner does get tangled up a bit. It does NOT stop the Bot from working but it does lead to it staying in the same area longer than it needs to and in turn to it taking longer to clean the whole pool. I saw one suggestion about taking a pool noodle and putting a long slice along one side and wrapping it around the cord and I do believe that will remedy that issue a bit.
I've used it four times and barring having to come back to reassess my review for any sort of a malfunction, I highly recommend this product.
Also, if you're in a hurry to get it, this is the only seller I could find with Amazon Prime Free Shipping 2-day guarantee. Some charged shipping and some didn't but all of them were slated to arrive 5-7 days later than the Aquabot I got thru this seller.
