Don't waste your time, money or pictures. Buy something else, don't make my mistake. Camera didn't work in a plastic frame, I had to take camera out of it and use it like this (not underwater). Every time battery is out all pics are gone, can only retrieve pics with cd.

I bought one while on a cruise before a snorkeling trip. The plastic casing was a joke and allowed water to get into the camera. So I took the batteries out immediately on the boat to prevent short circuiting anything in the camera and ruining our photos. I was later greeted with a nice error message on my computer saying that the camera was empty and had no photos. I looked through the manual a bit closer and saw that taking the batteries out actually wipes the photos off of the camera. It was really nice of them to hide that piece of information in a small troubleshooting section in the back of the manual. Not worth it even if it was free because now I lost all of our photos from our vacation. If you want to keep your memories somewhere besides in your head, spend the extra money and get a better quality waterproof camera.

I bought this on a cruise. It was water tight, but I can't the computer to recognize the camera. Software loads, but registration is required before you can proceed. When I try to contact the help contact provided, there is no response. I have 81 pictures I can't get off the camera! Not happy.

DON'T BUY IT. It does not keep your pictures on it's memory very long and you probably won't be able to download to your computer. I bought it for a cruise we took and lost all the water photos that I thought I had. Total JUNK!

I recently went on a back country canoe trip and bought this camera from Rite Aid because I wanted a water proof camera. It is a complete pile of steaming horses*** and I am absolutely livid that I had wasted money on not one but two of these stupid useless cameras.
a. They advertise being able to take 200 pictures. This piece of crap only took 27. We tried the whole Hd/Hi/Lo settings the entire trip and it still only allowed us 27 pictures
b. Every time we removed it from the waterproof case, the batteries fell out.
c. when the batteries fell out, the camera would go back to the number 27...presumably erasing all of the previous 27? pictures we took
d. I am sitting here in my office, took a picture of my office, and tried to download it using the software, according to the software there are no pictures on the camera. I JUST TOOK A PICTURE.
e. It has no record of any of the pictures I had taken, AT ALL.
f. On Amazon someone mentioned that I needed to register the software in order to get pictures. When I did so, an error message popped up indicating that I need to contact an email address.

I must add, one more time, that this camera was bought for our Honeymoon. OUR HONEYMOON. I am supremely pissed.

I could never get the software to load in my computer. It says it will load on Windows, up through XP, but I have a Windows 7.
So, much to my disappointment, I never got it to load

This is a horrible item. I do not recommend it for anyone. I took 25 pictures while scuba diving with my kids in the Dominican Republic plugged in the camera to my computer and they all erased. Allegedly if you don't upload the disk on your computer before taking pictures if you plug the camera into the Usb it deletes the photos ?!?!? I would never ever recommend this camera to anyone.

Not even worth one star. Bought this for our cruise and took pictures while snorkeling in Cozumel. Returned home and went to download pictures and they were gone. Can't return for refund because my time limited was up the day we got off of cruise (yesterday).
