Update - Over a month later and all is still good. The water is always at the same exact temperature with very, very little variance. Even after water changes the temp is back quickly. I will be ordering another one or two for other tanks.
Update - 10 months later and all is still good. Worth the money!
Update - 2 years and a few months later and still going good.
Update - 4+ years and I'm still using the same heater. Part of the reason it might be lasting so long is the fact that I still have the top out just enough to change the temp without touching the water. I haven't changed the temp in years though.
I use this heater in 40 gallons of wort (well under the 75 gallons it is rated for) to maintain temperature and it works wonderfully. Its 48 inch cord plugs into a standard household outlet and runs on 110-120V/60Hz electricity. The fact that the heater is glass makes it very easy to clean and I have found its readout to be accurate to within one degree Fahrenheit. With an operating range of 68F-93F it is perfect for many types of fermentations that require different temperatures and its 14 inch length and 1.25 inch diameter means it is compact enough to fit in any fermenting vessel. The temperature adjustment knob on the top is easy to use and the readout allows you to get your temperature within 1 or 2 degrees Fahrenheit. You can then use a thermometer to adjust to your final temperature from there as is recommended by the instruction booklet.
I see that several people have had issues with this heater overheating, but I feel that this is an awesome product with great quality at an affordable price. MAKE SURE TO READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS and it will work wonderfully. Make sure to let it adjust by placing it in the water for 15-30 minutes before turning it on. Also make sure that it is submersed at least to the marked line as if it is not it may not get an accurate reading on temperature and may continue to heat the water beyond the point you intend.
All in all, great product 5/5 stars!

Great in beginning, water leaked in, shorted out, cooked all my inverts and 2 fish. Tank shot up 18 degrees overnight to 98! Overall lost $400. DO NOT BUY THIS P.O.S. heater.
UPDATE: This heater literally exploded in the tank and killed my fish. The heater was only set to 70 degrees. Avoid this unless you enjoy cleaning dead fish and glass shards in water :(
I know I am not exactly using it for fish like most of you probably are but I just wanted to let you know that it does get hot and it keeps the temps pretty steady where you set em. If it gets too hot then it will turn itself off as well so no worries there. I know this because as my mist machine sprays my reptiles, the water level in the bucket drops and when there is less and less water, it tends to warm up faster and it turns itself off when it does that to prevent overheating and turns back on when the water temp starts to drop any.
I am pretty happy with this and would probably buy another one if I ever needed one. Thanks!
