This 10 gallon tank was what I needed. I wanted to get my hamster a bigger cage than the tiny wire cages offered at large scale pet stores. Most glass tanks are pretty pricey, and to be honest I'm a broke college student who can't afford a 60 dollar tank. It was such a relief to find an affordable tank. My hamster loves the bigger cage and I feel a lot better having her in an appropriate sized cage, I would recommend this tank to those with rodents. The small wire cages at pet stores are not big enough!! No one told me this so I spent 40 bucks on a cage way that was way too small.
The tank comes without a top with is a bummer, my roommate has a cat so I had to go to a local pet store and buy a top for it. Which still considering the price I paid for the tank is still a deal.
