The Mini Grinder is excellent for carving and shaping fine detailed woodwork. The 2 inch diameter hardened steel mini-carver blade together with the 6 inch long extension neck allows for rapid stock removal and access into confined spaces. Uses for the mini grinder include shaping, sculpting, trenching, planing, trimming, model-making, and much more. It provides precision and accuracy for relief carving and allows for excellent control. Kit contains 2 - 2" (50mm) carving blades, and one each of the following grit sanding discs; 40, 60, 80, and 120.

I have maybe the second one ever imported into US before they only sold it with a motor. I have it mounted on a makita with a dead man switch. It is awesome. It's an absolutely perfect unit for light pressure detailing. It is belt driven so instead of the unit kicking back or hooking in material and causing some uncomfortable questions by the wife while the dr stitches you up, it just slips and stalls out. Unlike King Arthur's direct mounted "danger tool" this one is infinitely safer. I recently bought a second unit to avoid need of switching cutter heads. Gotta say, this motor unit is crap! The switch always clogs with sawdust and won't turn off. It feels like Arbortech put one of the best tools ever on a harbor freight grinder. Gotta look into getting it mounted on a proper motor. But if you have never had one, get it, you will not regret it.
Tool is well made. Instructions could be better, especially for the beginner, but using YouTube.com I did just fine. A bit pricey but a great idea, well executed.
