I was planning on modding it was soon as I got it but the buttons feel awesome! (they are sensitive so it takes a few rounds to get used to them)
Its my first stick and I wish i got one sooner!!!

Am I ever glad I did. The design is gorgeous. The stick and buttons are crisp and responsive and although I will never be professional, I notice a large positive difference coming from the mayflash. I was concerned initially about the "nuclear" style of the start button, but my fears of a door standing up at all times were quickly dismissed as the door slides into the stick, creating a simple, hollowed out spot for the button.
Two things I'll note for potential buyers, neither is a negative.
First, I opted for a sanwa octagonal gate. Maybe it's because I've never installed one on a hori stick, but it's worth noting that when installing the gate, it's necessary to check all sides of the gate to make sure they have snapped in flush to the bottom of the stick. My previous stick used the outer clips to secure the gate, this one simply uses the 8 small bumps and is easy for all but one or two to go in without realizing it.
Second, when using this in Windows 10, I had to switch the stick to Xbox 360 mode as opposed to Xbox One. This may be intentional but as there really are no instructions, I wasn't sure, but wanted to pass this along.
In conclusion, if you're willing to spend the money on this stick, you won't be disappointed.
