How did you come up with the idea for this product?
ARCTIC ZERO was created by Greg Holtman. Motivated by the experience of caring for his mother–a type-1 diabetic, he developed the frozen dessert of choice for many diabetics and others on restricted diets.
What makes your product special?
ARCTIC ZERO is lactose free and low sugar- each pint has 12g of whey protein and 12g of fiber. Ranging from 300 calories per pint, ARCTIC ZERO is sweetened naturally and contains nothing artificial.
What has been the best part of your startup experience?
Seeing the product truly resonate with people. Everyone loves ice cream, but the reality is that not everyone can have it. Some people have dietary restrictions- while others are on a special diet.
