The boots are a nice looking boot that we could not find in a store and fit as expected.
They arrived right on time, the quality is AMAZING, fit like a charm and they are just as cute as the picture!

I purchased these boots in the distressed leather with Mossy Oak camo uppers. They are amazing, I have wore them for three days in a row and they are starting to loosen up if not completely break in. Which is not surprising because the leather is high quality and it might take a bit. With that said these boots are super cute, I did go half a size bigger as I tried them on in the store first and they are a tiny bit different compared to the average Justin boot. I typically buy boots from the "Whites" manufactorer and have to say that for a fraction of the price they are just as good. I also got in on a great 30% off sale which made these boots less than 50 dollars! I can't wait to try a second pair in a different color. Plan on getting lots of compliments on the little details.

I purchased these in the cork brown/timber pink camo pattern. These boots are very comfortable and the lightest weight boot I have ever had. I mean incredibly light, less than half the weight of any other boot comparable to this one. Wonderful to ride and work in. I bought these to replace my two years old Justin Gypsy's. These don't have as much arch support and take a few days more to break in, plus they cost about $20 more, but I love that they are so light & come in such cute patterns. My friends all say ariats will last on the outside longer than Justin's, my justin's had worn out the insole & had no more support. But ariat has a deal where you can send your boots back to be re-insoled if the outside is in good shape. So far my feet have been staying dry in them too. Overall a pretty good buy, as time wears them more I will see which brand I like the best, but I am happy with these.

If this is your first time ever buying a pair of western boots, I usually find that in any brand, my boot size is always half size smaller than my sneaker size. I wear size 8 sneakers/ topsiders/ paddock boots, but western boots I wear 7.5.

*update* one year later, I have worn these boots a lot. I had to spend some time stuffing a fat roll of the Sunday paper in them to get the tops pushed out and not rub, the canvas doesn't break in quite like the leather tops. As much as I use them and as filthy muddy as they get, I just wipe them off and you would think I only owned them for a month. These boots are holding up great! I still highly recommend, and I am certain these boots will continue to last through several more years of working on the farm and riding.

I finally found a cowboy boot (cowgirl) that doesn't pinch my toes. Everyone is right about Ariat boots being comfy, as long as you can get a size that works and a toe that works for you. I couldn't wear the pointy toes in the same size but these round toes are just what I need. I was trying to find something in a square toe but difficult to get a boot that has EVERYthing you want. I'm size 11 and I was tempted to get size 10 because of the reviews that say Ariat runs large. I found Ariat boots in a store where I could actually try on and they only went to size 10. I couldn't begin to get into them! So, I don't know what's up with so many saying they run large....

Love these boots! Actually, I live in the northeast and resemble a cowgirl about as much as disco music resembles country music....you can see the similarities, right? This is my second pair of Fatbaby Boots. The first pair were purchased on a whim "gently used" from a seller on that most popular auction website that Ends in BAY. At the time I was looking for a sturdy boot to trudge through the icy, sloppy, new England winter in, not looking specifically for a "cowgirl" boot, but the price was unbeatable and I was curious. Here it is 2yrs later and it can be said that these boots are unbeatable and are still handsome to boot! They have been worn 5 out of 7 days per week for 3 seasons each year (would have been 4 seasons if I was 40yrs younger!).

Most of my other boots and shoes are an 8.5 or euro 39. The Fatbaby boots I purchased on the auction website were an 8 and I was a little skeptical about the fit because I normally wear a size 8.5 shoe and can even go to a size 9 in a boot with thick socks on my feet. I have average width feet, not wide or narrow; I have a high arch and instep as well as a hammertoe on my left foot. (TMI?). However, the size 8 was perfect! So, I purchased these new Fatbaby Cowgirl boots in an 8, mostly because they were $20 less than the size 8.5 which I likely would have bought if the prices were the same.

Once again, the size 8 fits perfectly right from the start, even in a brand new boot! These fit like a shoe approved by the American Orthopedic Association but look as fashionable (Wild?) as the Cowgirls that I imagine they were intended for! I wear these boots with medium weight wool blend socks.

My 16 year old tomboy/country girl daughter wanted these boots for school and then farm. They fit perfectly and she wears them daily.

I have been looking for over a year for the perfect black boots that look stylish & fit my wide foot. I own the brown version of these without the cheetah. These are super cute, comfortable and need minimal breaking in time...which, in time they will widen up since their leather. Definitely would buy again!
