Amir was an amazing and extremely professional service provider when it came to providing installation and information about the Arlo system. I would absolutely recommend utilizing Amazon's service for the Arlo installation. I feel I got the better deal because he made the process smooth and seamless and was able to give experienced advice on what would be the most effect way to utilize the cameras, plus he did all the heavy work of installation. Amir made recommendations for improvements to our wifi, which would improve the camera's feedback, we followed his advice and this did improve the feedback. Amir and the wifi installer both worked together to maximize the whole system to improve our home electronics and were phenomenal service providers! I would hire them any day. Neither would accept tips. Thank you Amir and Desmond!

The technicians are both courteous, called an hour before they came, arrived on time, and most importantly they did an excellent job installing my Arlo 5 cameras (they even took extra time and ran to the local hardware store to get extra wall hangers with anchors as the ones came from Arlo does not secure the camera well enough).
