I've used other brands of baking soda, Arm & Hammer is the best for making fizzy bombs by far!
1 cup citric acid (best price; Citric Acid Powder - Ultra Fine Pure Powdered Crystals - Natural Preservative Food Grade Quality (16 oz))
2 cups baking soda (definitely Arm & Hammer brand)
20-30 drops of essential oil- I prefer Lavender but you can use just about anything!
A tiny bit of water
...and in case you were wondering what the heck bath fizzy bombe are, here is an easy home recipe. The kids love em!

1. Mix together citric acid and baking soda in a bowl. I find that the easiest way to mix the two powders is actually to sift them back and forth between two bowls.
2. Add essential oils. Mix rapidly with your hands before the mixture has a chance to fizz
3. Spray water onto the mixture a tiny bit at a time, and continue mixing. You probably need less water than what you think! Aim for where it is still pretty crumbly but will just hold its shape when you squeeze it hard in your hand.
4. Pack the mixture tightly into your mold(s).
5. Let your bomb(s) dry for a couple of hours in a warm, dry place.. Keep them out of direct sunlight though. I like to place the bombs in a little "nests" of tissue paper. It seems to help them dry better, and stops round ones from getting flat on the bottom.

Highly overpriced. I should have researched pricing before my purchase. Only $5.99 @ Costco.

This is an excellent product, but for the same quantity it is $5.34 at Costco.

I use this for cleaning and getting rid of stubborn odors everywhere, and it just works. I seriously don't know why it is so overpriced from this merchant though.

What a great buy! This is a lot of baking soda! I bought 2 plastic bins to store it. I put one plastic bin in each bathroom. I use it to clean toilets, 1C of this and 1C of vinegar. Cleans like a white tornado, and natural, too!

Outstanding product. I use it for clothes, scrubbing stains, freshing all sorts of things. I put about a third of the bag into a jar and brush my teeth with in off and on. I even rinse my hair with a gallon of warm water with a half a cup of soda mixed in to insure I have removed all the shampoo and cream rinse from it. I use it to sooth sun burns, itchy rashes, kill fleas. I don't want to be without soda. I wash my dog in soda water when he's got the itch especially from fleas, plant sap or sun. I can honestly think of at least 50 ways to use soda. It's a miracle product.

Good Product, but even Walmart has the same size 12lb bag for $7.57 Amazon charging too much.

Got this big bag of baking soda to use in my laundry to freshen up my gym clothes/towels. Being that I'm a dumb guy who doesn't know much about cleaning products, I didn't know you're supposed to put the baking soda in FIRST at the bottom of the washing machine to make sure it all dissolves. So, the first load of wash I did with this stuff, I had to wash a second time cuz all the baking soda was clumped into my clothes. Oops. Lesson learned.

Aside from that first time blunder, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. My gym clothes sometimes come out of the wash with that lingering sweaty stank to them, but not anymore. So mission accomplished, baking soda. Its a big bag too, so it'll last me a while, and I'm happy with the purchase.

Where I live, the water is so hard and very full of minerals, so it's a must for laundry. I also have 5 cats, with 6 litter boxes to clean, so the 13.5 lb. bag is the best for me. Unfortunately, there is no Costco here, so I have to buy it online and it's 17.99. Costco sells this size bag for 6.99.
