About the Author

Doreen Cumberford speaks, coaches and writes on International Transitions and Re-entry. A serial expat of 40+ years, coaching since 1992, she loves to help others navigate, global mobility and life transitions.

Helen Watts spent eight years living in the back of beyond in Kyrgyzstan with her husband and young family. They returned to Oxford in the UK in 2010 and she retrained as a life coach. Helen's transformative coaching helps people grow and thrive through their re-entry transitions.
