Was not a 'cookbook' and was not for the newbie
in my opinion. Other marketing how to books are
much better and with the advent of Twitter and LinkedIn
and other Social media, this book is probably 'dated.' That
said, it might not be a surprise if the Occupy folks and the
Idle No more folks have seen this book and perhaps read it.
