The book itself looked amazing... However, I bought it for my niece and when she opened it up, he cat immediately jumped up and started smelling the top corner near the headcap. She would not stop smelling it... So, we looked and noticed a small, light, stain, and then smelt it... and it was clearly cat urine. No cat had any contact with it until my nieces cat alerted us it was there. For $150.00, I'm disappointed. Especially with it being a new autographed copy. I'm saddened that I didn't see the light stain and or didn't smell the urine and wrapped it immediately, put it sway, and waited to give it to her. I trusted the seller and did inspect the book.., but, at first glance, it looked amazing.. How could it not? It's Daniel Merriam... His art is mesmerizing and it's unfortunate the art took away from the flaw that should have cost me less.

Book is as described, second hand with a little wear to cover. The content is excellent , fantastical watercolour 's , although I do prefer his later works. A quite rare book I think at this price. Very good.
