$40 off the original price of $60 which everyone sells it for.
Economic & ecological factors are addressed via a drive to create desired labor reducers with inexpensive non-related items on hand. Recycling at its best!
Reader receives a giant dose of Goldberg's work ethics- envisioning his mental gears in motion projecting assorted physical gadgetry operating in the most complex, abstract manner plausible.
Inventor, author, cartoonist-Goldberg's genius is defined by the term (valued) "intellectual property".
This edition is an exceptional construction which includes unexpected moving parts. Amazing, a paper rendition with all the fun of a contraption. It reaches out to the reader to suggest, "Why not be a Rube Goldberg?"
This book was purchased as a gift for a mentor who found it literally & aesthetically good as "GOLD!"
It had just been released and Amazon had it in stock.
I received it right away at a very good price.
The book is filled with fascinating stories and many of the award winning artist's unique works.
The front of the book has an actual working model of one of his bizarre machines.
I've never seen anything like it!
The volume rates a place of honor on a gadget-strewn coffee table.

Odd that Goldberg's picture treasure has fallen into oblivion in our time, because it deserves all the attention in our high-speed society where superficiality reigns.
This book is pure joy. Mr Goran Tivenius, Sweden.
It is readable, very well illustrated, and sold at a reasonable price - so that people like me would take a chance on it. I have purchased two as gifts.
The cover with its small workable example is terrific. Anyone who likes quirky things and/or is interested in what the human imagination can do will like this book a lot in my opinion.
