Written in an easy to read, conversational style The Art & Science of Cidermaking starts at the very beginning and leads the novice cidermaker, step by step, to their first successful batch of homemade cider. The hard part of leaning a new skill is the plethora of questions that arise when doing something for the first time. Author Tom anticipates those question and answers them before they have a chance to cause the slightest bit of angst.
