Jeni Britton Bauer is an American ice cream maker and entrepreneur. A pioneer of the artisan ice cream movement, she introduced a modern, ingredient-driven style of ice cream making that has been widely emulated across the world but never duplicated. Umm, Jeni I have both your other books. All you did was reprint recipes from other books and print this book as if it’s a pocket sized version so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. Seems like a greedy way to make more money, way disappointing

While the recipes are good, I find it deceptive to publish a ‘new’ book where the majority of recipes are in the original. If you own her other book, skip this one.
