It just feels like every paragraph is pure gold honestly, sometimes it took me 20 minutes to make it through one page because of the realizations that I was having, and I needed to take time to scribble my notes into the margins. There is nothing in this book that doesn't absolutely need to be there, so you can be sure that it is worth your time and you won't be reading any filler material whatsoever. This will change your perspective on life, and if you actually do the things that are here, you change yourself. I honestly saw a change in how happy I was by doing the things that James Allen said. This is basically scripture to me now.
The only complaint that I have isn't about the book, it's more about me, because I wish that I was better at doing the things outlined in this book because I know that it would help me out a ton. So that is the next goal, make sure that I am doing the things here.
It does however illustrate quite well the though patterns of the champions of our world and lay clear instructions for success in life. Quite simply you are what you think. It's not a book on getting rich or making friends or being happy. It's a book that reminds you of the basic principals of thought and how your thoughts effect every aspect of life. A short little reminder that your mind is your greatest asset or your biggest liability.

I have read many books that advocate this philosophy. And this surely delivers the message in a concise manner. Do give it a read!
Many teachings on the thought life have been taken for this particular way of thinking about things.Even though it does not mention the holy spirit or God as such,i believe any change in our hearts or thought life need to be a work of Gods grace in us.
Very easy to read and can be read through in a fairly short time .its the kind of reading you may be drawn to read more than once, very good.
I know it doesn't cost much, however this is a waste of time more than waste of money.
It really looks at the importance of winning internal battles and putting aside ones ego for the greater good.
An eye opening book with a great deal of knowledge.
