In his first book, As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP), Jason reveals the invaluable principles that helped him and his wife dedicate every minute of their lives to Ava's battle. The backbone of Jason's success is a simple and accessible process that, with dedication, will help you take control of life, harness your true potential, and triumph in every way. Borrowing from the fitness idea of completing as many reps as possible of an exercise in a given time period, Jason developed The AMRAP Mentality, a proven system that will help you discover your why, focus on what you can control, work hard, and ultimately blow past your goals. With clear insight, personal anecdotes, and directed reader exercises, this book will help you get where you're going, wherever that may be. Be prepared to dream big, dig in your heels, roll up your sleeves, and get to work.
The AMRAP Mentality is here. Life is waiting for you.

I found Jason's positive outlook on life, work, and competition very inspiring. I highly recommend reading As Many Reps As Possible to optimize your life! --Tia Toomey, Two-time CrossFit Games champion and 2016 Olympian
Jason is a fierce competitor, and with the AMRAP Mentality, Jason pushes the limits of what's possible. This book shows how that mindset carries over in everything he does and it can for you, too. --Rich Froning, Four-time CrossFit Games champion --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

I certainly will be implementing the AMRAP lifestyle!
With that being said, this is not just for CrossFitters. There is so much knowledge in this short book that can be used in all areas of life. Amazing honesty, evaluation, and mindset contained in these pages.
I needed this more than ever today. I was doubting something and while reading one of the chapters, I realized I was avoiding potential.
So whether or not you CrossFit or even know what an AMRAP is, I highly recommend this book for mindset self awareness.

Written with purpose, care and experience this is well worth the read whether you are an avid cross fitter or not.
Enjoy!
