Blog postIt's official here in Florida stay home for 30 days... I like many of you are home with kids and a lot more time on my hands than usual. I spent the first week giving myself mini spa days. Then we started doubling the time we spent working on Moon Lake Farm. Now we are really stuck except for our deliveries. We have painted decorated reorganized rooms and now we are on to cooking.

Blog postRamen Pot eating ramen noodle out of the pot because I'm too lazy to clean a dish haha. Ramen is such a simple and cheap thing and it always makes a meal out of leftovers remember one brick of ramen has 400 calories yes 400 so break that break in half and have yourself 200 calories of noodle and then pile it with something decent. #ramenlife #ramen #easycooking #lazy #momlife #momwifelife #2busy2cook #mykidseatbetterthanme #freshfitlocalrecipe #freahfitlocal #freshfitrecipe

Blog postStir fry don't it look yummy? So I made stir-fry and I called this steak string stir fry why not because you cut the steaks in the strings or as close to Noodle shape as possible then use the long stick carrots you cut your cabbage as noodle shape as possible. Then you stir it all up in your wok cooking it in olive oil sesame seeds, cut up some fresh ginger garlic salt and pepper vacate. The steak is pre-cooked or you have to cook it first before you start adding other vegetables depending on ho2 years ago Read more

Blog postI tried making glass noodles the other day they are surprisingly good they have a carbohydrate that the body absorbs slowly. They're actually made up from mung bean and potato starch. To cook them hydrate first by soaking in boiling water I always use plain water but I'm thinking if you added broth that would make them super yummy and then as you can see in the photo I stir-fried vegetables: cabbage, garlic, onions, carrots, a little bit of meat and then I folded the noodles in. This was super yummy super delicious with my ramen noodle in purple cabbage and beefsteak a little glamour if you're new to purple cabbage it will bleed out and die your food so my noodles come out kind of dark looking still delicious. #freshfitrecipe #freshfitlocal #ramennoodles #purplecabbage
