These gummies are definitely yummy. I tried to find the most cost efficient ones, and settled on these ones. It comes with 60 pieces and has a serving size of 2, which is supposed to last you 1 month. But I only take 1 per day.
I decided to get an ashwagandha supplement because it might reduce cortisol levels, so reduce stress and symptoms of depression. It's an herb recommended to people with thyroid issues as well. Don't forget to check with your doctor before using ANY supplements if you have any conditions though!
