This is in my garage, which is open from sunrise to Sunset for my dogs entertainment-in the southern Delta. Controls mosquitoes and flies, important because my three dogs are frequently in and out of a doggie door leading to my kitchen. Comes with two replacement bulbs Which are very easy to install. One has been going since the first day and the other had to be replaced because of operator error. This runs 24 seven in my garage. It is very loud when it zaps, While doing some renovation, the flies got into the kitchen, so I moved it indoors. Loud enough to startle. But the flies were cleared out within a matter of hours. The only reason I had to change one bulb is because I forgot to unplug it when I was cleaning the grill with a tiny paint brush and got a bit of a zap. Be warned, not enough to turn it off, unplug it To clean the GRILL . Tho can Just turn it off to empty the collection tray on the bottom Of the unit, slides easily in and out, is made of quality plastic that is very easy to wipe clean
