Make sure you read it first, THEN give it to your Assistant Coach, there's specific info you may want to highlight for your AC to fit your specific birth plan! You can also use this Manual for Birth Photographers, Doulas, Grandparents present at birth, Childcare providers for older siblings during birth, and anyone else present at your birth that you plan on having support you in any way. Also a great resource for Doulas studying more birthing methods.
