I had purchased the earlier version of Astral Dynamics from Robert Bruce and considered it to be the best guide on achieving the out-of-body (OBE) projection state ever written. That being said, the new, revised addition is even BETTER. The format of the book is gentler on the eyes, with a larger copy and less words crammed onto each page, making the information a little easier to take in IMHO. The material and images have all been updated, and made easier to grasp. Robert Bruce has pulled out all the stops here, intricately explaining from top to bottom how the nature of reality is much broader than most realize, and how we are truly multi-dimensional beings, capable of complete awareness and survival beyond the confines of our "physical" vehicles, and how we are able to seperate consciousness and awareness beyond the confines of the matter-based world and universe into other realms of reality. The most I took out of this book is the affirmations and the relaxation techniques. The author emphasizes that deep physical relaxation is the key to an altered state. The first several chapters are kinda rough because I already had a general knowledge and some experience with OBE (out of body experience). He’ll lose you from time to time with all the terminology. But once you get to the center of the book things really get going. Be patient and you’ll be projecting in no time.

I have not read the book yet, although I love Robert Bruce and have heard very good things about the book, will update this later when I'm done reading it.
However, a very strange thing with the printing of the copy I received. One of the signatures (groups of pages in the binding) has been flipped upside down. So it goes directly from page 28, to page 76 upside down. I've marked the places in the book where the pages change so its readable, but it's still very weird. I've never had that with any other book. So I would maybe just recommend buying a copy brand new, they aren't much more expensive, so in case that happens to someone else, you could just return it and get one with pages in correct format.
