thoroughly enjoyed reading this book & highly recommend it for those who want a no BS approach to AP.
A lot of garbage re AP has been splashed over the net recently, also with some of the fictitious traits in recent movies may scare some people away from AP, however this book sets you straight & tells you the facts.
Well written & an enjoyable read. also enjoying the mp3 meditation that the authors emailed to me
Buy the book, You can't go wrong!
This book is a great starting point for beginners who are spiritual but not religious, those who prefer a more secular context or those who may be curious but afraid to try astral projection because you've been told it was wrong or the gateway to possession, the authors will comfort you with their experiences and tell you why you have no need to fear.
The authors give an overview of what you might experience your first time, what it's like to leave your body, what you might see and do once you reach the astral and they give helpful tips on etiquette and what happens when you want to come back.
The authors also share some of their personal astral travels.
To help you on your way they discuss several methods that have been known to start the projection process, such as meditation, lucid dreaming and hypnosis which they feel is one of the better ways to project. At the end of the book they offer a free audio hypnosis session via mp3 to help you get started.
So don't be afraid to fly. See you on the otherside...
