Top customer reviews
Identical to last year's issue... other than the four monthly lunar phases, there are ZERO listings of "predicted celestial events". NONE.
And similar to last year's noteworthy events, 2015 has two total lunar eclipses and one partial solar eclipse that will be visible from Europe and/or North America... NONE of which is listed in the calendar. Nor are ANY meteor showers listed.
After giving last year's issue a deservedly terrible review, I vowed never to get another one. But because of the statement by one reviewer that the 2015 issue is the "Greatest Dickinson Calendar", and that we should "enjoy the science tonight"... I gave it another chance.
BIG mistake... and one that I'll not be repeating.
If all you're interested in are pretty pictures, it'll do just fine.
If you actually have an interest in astronomical science, though, and are looking for something that'll serve as a convenient daily reminder for the year's observably-noteworthy celestial events... as has been true for several years now, the Dickinson calendar is an abject failure, and completely worthless.
