3-Day Repair Service Details
If your product is beyond repair, we'll send a new or refurbished product with similar features and functionality, or with an Amazon Gift Card for the original purchase price of the product.
Asurion will fix your product and ship it back to you within 3 business days of receiving it at the repair facility.
If your product fails during the term of the original manufacturer's warranty for other reasons, you'll be directed to the original manufacturer for service. After the original manufacturer's warranty expires, Asurion covers virtually anything that can go wrong with your product.
