This is a wonderful spatula. Ateco brand cake decorating products never let me down. This is a sturdy spatula with a thin sharp edge, perfect for icing a flawless cake (...in my line of work that's important!).
I agree with all of the other reviews about the label being stuck to this spatula with a super-adhesive glue. As of July 2021, the seller hasn't fixed that problem. I was able to remove all of the glue and label by boiling water on my stove and letting the end of the spatula with the label sit in it for 3-5 minutes. Most of the label peeled off (with some force). I was able to remove the small bit of glue residue by reinserting the end back into the boiling water and rubbing the area in question. Just a couple of minutes, and the label and glue was completely removed. In my "professional" opinion, running it under hot water would take a LOT longer.

Sticky Adhesive
Ordered this one and the mini (from a different seller). Both came in the same brown paper envelope without bubble wrap. The mini was fine. This one arrived out of the plastic wrapper (it was loose in the envelope). The rivets were tarnished and the metal part of the spatula was scratched. To make matters worse, when I tried to remove the tag, the adhesive completely stuck to the spatula. I'm sure once I'm able to remove the adhesive, it will function as it is supposed to, but I'm disappointed in the packaging.
