My office had a salsa contest and my team creamed the competition by providing tiny tacos to put our salsa on. We used these cupcake liners to hold each individual taco. We needed these to be bite sized and easy to grab and go so we didn't hold up the line. We also didn't want to make a huge mess and have people leaving trash everywhere. These sturdy foil cups held up perfectly and there was no need to add any sort of water-proofing to prevent grease or salsa soaking through, they worked perfectly! We stacked up layers of taco filled liners next to our salsa and added a trash can at the end. Even after sitting a few hours, the liners held up.
10/10 would win salsa contest again.
Several reviews stated to remove the paper liner. There is no paper liner in these cupcake liners. I was a little leery that I just wasn't doing it right, but after unpeeling a cupcake from the first batch, I found there is no problem at all. These release more easily than the regular paper liners you can find at any grocery store.
It was easy to separate these liners without damaging them, too.
