and correction for the other complaints everybody is saying it gets cracks, gets airbubbles in griptape, and bad brushings. My suggestion is too please read instructions look where it says (Tips) it tells you not too leave it in humid wheather while not being ridding because of stress cracks and if you care about the brushings, clean or get new ones, and for the grip tape I believe that is because of humidity also I have had no problems with the board by going by the instructions.
I sure hope if you get this board you like it!!
Since it was my first time learning how to board, I thought I was just bad at it and needed more practice so I continued using the same trucks and wheels. Around 2 months ago, I upgraded to Sector 9 bearings, wheels and trucks. I immediately felt a HUGE difference...and the best part? I didn't stink at riding the board as much as I thought! If you can't financially swing a whole bearing, wheel and trucks replacement at least go with a good quality set of trucks...you'll be able to actually turn a full circle and maneuver well.
but i guess you could just untight them with a wrench, it was my first longnboard so i didnt now it would really help haha
but anyways after 6 months every month it just keept getting faster the quality is amazing for its price. the back design is really colorful and
happy, my friends always want to borrow, the only problem is everyone loves it so if you have a lot of friends who like loongboarding youll hardly ever see it haha.
now if your in highschool another downside to this board is that it doesnt fit in lockers i dont think ive ever seen any locker in which this longboard would fit.. atleast not the general locker design most highschools have but other than that its an amazing longboard it has never let me down.
The trucks are a bit short, and have to be on the risers provided to work. I loosened them up quite a bit and it was nice and carvy though. The wheels, however, were pretty bad and if I could have afforded to replace them, I would have.
All in all, if you get it, it's a decent first board to see if you like longboarding, but don't really bother upgrading anything because it'll cost you more than a Churchill (a brand I learned about way after I ordered it).
